Property Manager Security From Verintegra
A Security Partner Built Around How Property Managers Actually Buy
Security services for property managers are contracted physical security programs, staffed by licensed officers and supported by remote oversight, that protect multifamily communities, HOAs, and gated developments through scheduled access control, courtesy patrol, after-hours mobile patrol, amenity monitoring, and incident reporting that meets ownership, insurance, and litigation standards.
We are Verintegra, a Texas-licensed (DPS #C07351901), HUB-certified, veteran law enforcement-led firm. We staff and oversee security programs for property managers and asset managers operating multifamily portfolios across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Why Property Managers Hire Us
Built for Portfolios, Defensible for Ownership
Most property managers do not have a personnel problem; they have an oversight problem. The contract is signed, the guard hits the schedule, and then the regional manager spends a year discovering everything that did not happen. We sell against that pattern.

How Our Engagements Are Structured
Scope, Price, and Reporting Standard, Agreed Before the First Shift
We run a four-step engagement so the scope, price, and reporting standard are agreed in writing before an officer ever clocks in. First, a no-cost assessment with the regional or property manager. Second, a written Post Order covering posts, hours, patrol routes, response expectations, uniform standard, vehicle standard, reporting cadence, and the named exceptions. Third, deployment with a named site supervisor, property-specific training before the first shift, and a structured first-week review. Fourth, reporting: Daily Activity Reports the morning after every shift, weekly trend summaries to the property manager, and a monthly portfolio rollup to the regional or asset manager.
Officer assignments are stable. We do not rotate strangers through your property to fill a shift.
