At the core of our operations is the guard touring software, TRACKTIK. This is a premium web-based suite which many other companies shy away from due to its cost, but we find provides the simplest turnkey solution to the needs of the security industry.
Through Tracktik, we are able to not only schedule out each site easily and accurately, but receive alerts from missed clock-ins, submitted reports, geofence violations, and more. The software utilized GPS breadcrumbs to prove a history of the guard’s location throughout their shift. It also allows us to assign tasks and tour routes if appropriate for the site, using GPS or NFC checkpoints, which systemize the entirety of a guard’s shift; the guard will have a list to work through each step of the way, giving a clear pathway to ensure all key responsibilities are taken care of.
Furthermore, at the conclusion of each shift, it all collects in a tidy shift summary report, which (if appropriate) can be scheduled to be automatically emailed to any desired client representatives, and is easy reviewable by VERINTEGRA management. Tracktik also facilitates the ability to provide a client portal. This is a valuable analytics tool which can give insight into all activities on site, and can be used to consider trends in certain activities, locations, days, and times, in addition to having all site reporting at your fingertips.
